oh my gosh, can you please come over and cook dinner every night for us! looks so good! how do you make the sweet potato fries?

Hi Jessica! Thanks for checking out my blog! Sweet potato fries are really easy and so good! I've never been good at making regular mashed potatoes so I make these instead. Just slice a sweet potato into steak-fry type slices (maybe a little thinner). Then put them on a cookie sheet and drizzle with olive oil and salt and pepper or just seasoned salt. Then, mix everything around so it's all coated. They do need to bake for a while. At 400 it takes about 30-45 (depending on how thick you made them) minutes but if you're already cooking something at 350, it takes a bit longer. You'll be able to smell them when they're getting done. I usually only need 2 potatoes to make plenty for us.
