My mom suggested
this recipe. It is really simple and delicious and a new way to prepare chicken. She used
broccolini and sliced red pepper and I tried that combination which was great, especially since we're not the hugest fans of mushrooms. You can really use whatever vegetables you want; It's the sauce that makes the dish good. I recommend doubling the sauce and slicing your chicken very thinly. I served this with chow
mien noodles.
