Different and delicious!
These black bean burgers were fun to make and good to eat. I omitted the jalapeno. After reading some reviews, I used a potato masher to mash the beans. It was helpful. I also used a whole egg instead of two egg whites and that seemed to help hold the burgers together. The salsa is great. I kept the avocado sliced and added it for Jack, who loves to eat avocado slices. Sweet potato fries were a great side with this.
